A Visit to School. A Lesson Learnt

Somehow I wonder
Why sometimes people can be so scared
And afraid to be involved in serious matter

As a head of an institution
He couldn’t protect the needs of his students

As an aspiring leader
He shows no authority power.

As a person of influence
He doesn’t intend to use his network to solve the problems

As a respectable soul
He is trying to fall into disrepute by marring his very own good name

As a miracle-maker
He refuses to believe in miraculous power

As a man with austerity and stern moral rectitude
He has no faith in making things happen

As a role model to be admired
He disappoints the ones who turn to him for help

Anyhow, I hope that my plans are developing well
Because I believe in making changes

I vividly remembered what he told me today
“Don’t ask me to do anything!
It is all politics that matter
You should turn to the who’s who for help
With their intervention
Top 50 can become Top 100
Because G always make promises that are meant to be broken
That’s why with your result
You should squeeze yourself into the list
Don’t have high hopes on 2014
For the election would have ended long ago
And G will pretend as though nothing’s ever happened”

Perhaps he may be right
He added that last year
There were 4 upper six students who were awarded scholarship
By Najinx Gore himself
And they were even invited to KL to dine with him
But until now
They haven’t got any necessary documents or letter from our Almighty leader
Even though numerous calls of follow-up
There was no reply at all

I suppose he is getting older
And totally forgot what he has promised to the students
We won’t blame him
Alzheimer mah~~

What to do?
Wait until Monday
Hopefully there will be good news
Otherwise, it is time to visit our higher leader in our state…..

Wish me luck!
